The Singapore govement wants to double the size of the country’s media, design and art industries to six percent of the economy by 2012, a minister said on Saturday. The target cames as officials said they wants the country to move away from its stuffy, rule-bound image and embrace more creativity as it seeks ways to sustain its economic growth.
“The creative industries are poised to play a significant role in transforming our economy and society,”Lee Boom Yang, Minister for Information, Communication and the Arts, told in a graduation ceremony for fine arts student.
Singapore’s goverment has set aside more than US$200 million (US$ 116 million) over the next five years to invest in the arts sector,Lee said, without giving details.

THE WORLD SHOWCASE
The World Showcase is in isneyWorld in Florida, USA. There are eleven pavilions at the beautiful World Showcase Lagoon-and all the pavilions are about a different country in the world.
In the Chienese pavilion, there are two Chienes restaurants. In the Moroccan pavilions, there’s a eal Moroccan market. For Fance, there’s the Eiffel Tower(a small one!) and there’s a cinema.
In the Italian pavilion, there’s an Italian restaurantAlfredo’s with real Italian pasta! And in the United Kingdom pavilion, there’s a pub The Rose and Crown with English food and drinks.
In the Japanese pavilion there’s a Japanese garden, and a big Japanese store-Mitsukoshi.

1 chicken cut in 10 sections
3 pieces kandis acid
1 teaspoon salt
1 sheet turmeric leaf
700 ml water
Spices:
15 units of cayenne pepper

2 cm ginger

HOW TO MAKE:
1. Boil water, spices, sour kandis, salt, and turmeric leaf to boil.

2 bay leaves
4 lime leaves LBR
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
1000 ml water
Blend:
5 pcs red onion
2 cloves garlic
3 pcs red chili, seeded
2 cm ginger, peeled
1 tsp coriander
2 btr pecans, toasted
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
Oil for sauteing
Sauce:
50 grams fried peanuts, crushed
7 pcs red chili sauce, puree
150 ml water
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
Oil for sauteing
Directions:
1. Saute spices, bay leaves, lime leaves and lemongrass until fragrant. Enter the ribs, stir until it changes color.
2. Pour water and cook until soft and slightly dry sauce, remove from heat.
2. Grilled ribs over coals until browned, remove from heat.
3. Sauce: heat oil, saute the chili mixture until fragrant, put finely ground nuts, gravy remaining ribs, water and salt, mix well. Cook until boiling and thickened, remove from heat.
4. Serve the grilled ribs with sauce.

Alasan mengapa menggunakan INTERNET?
:: Alasan saya menggunakan internet karna selama saya kenal dengan dunia Internet, internet mempermudah saya untuk mengerjakan tugas-tugas. Mempermudah untuk mencari teman lama lewat jejaring sosial. Mempermudah mencari lagu-lagu jadi ga perlu repot beli kaset atau cd lagi karna dengan internet saya bisa mendownload dan menikmatinya. Karna internet mencangkup informasi seluruh dunia, jadi mempermudah saya untuk bisa mengetahui tentang berita-berita di luar negri dan karna saya wanita, internet juga bisa mempermudah saya mengetahui fashion-fashion yang sedang digandrungi oleh remaja-remaja jaman sekarang, juga bisa untuk usaha via online.
Internet juga bisa menjadikan wawasan saya lebih luas soalnya apapun yang ingin saya cari, apapun yang ingin saya ketahui lewat internet yaitu misalnya dengan searching di google saya pasti bisa menemukan jawabannya. Dan berita-berita dikoran pun bisa saya baca lewat internet .
Masih banyak hal lagi yang bisa diketahui lewat internet. Jadi, sebenernya banyak banget manfaat yang positif dari internet kalau kita bisa menggunakannya untuk hal-hal yang positif karna memberikan saya cukup banyak pengetahuan dan informasi yang kurang saya ketahui dan juga mempermudah segala sesuatunya.
Internet juga bisa menjadikan wawasan saya lebih luas soalnya apapun yang ingin saya cari, apapun yang ingin saya ketahui lewat internet yaitu misalnya dengan searching di google saya pasti bisa menemukan jawabannya. Dan berita-berita dikoran pun bisa saya baca lewat internet .
