Spicy SOUR CHICKEN

MATERIALS:
1 chicken cut in 10 sections
3 pieces kandis acid
1 teaspoon salt
1 sheet turmeric leaf
700 ml water
Spices:
15 units of cayenne pepper
10 grains of red onion
2 cloves garlic
2 cm ginger
2 cm galangal
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Boil water, spices, sour kandis, salt, and turmeric leaf to boil.
2. Add chicken and cook over low heat while stirring occasionally.
3. Once the gravy thickens, remove and serve.
Serves 6.
