Food Recipes-IGA salad sauce

Material:
500 gr beef ribs, cut into pieces
2 bay leaves
4 lime leaves LBR
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
1000 ml water
Blend:
5 pcs red onion
2 cloves garlic
3 pcs red chili, seeded
2 cm ginger, peeled
1 tsp coriander
2 btr pecans, toasted
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
Oil for sauteing
Sauce:
50 grams fried peanuts, crushed
7 pcs red chili sauce, puree
150 ml water
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
Oil for sauteing
Directions:
1. Saute spices, bay leaves, lime leaves and lemongrass until fragrant. Enter the ribs, stir until it changes color.
2. Pour water and cook until soft and slightly dry sauce, remove from heat.
2. Grilled ribs over coals until browned, remove from heat.
3. Sauce: heat oil, saute the chili mixture until fragrant, put finely ground nuts, gravy remaining ribs, water and salt, mix well. Cook until boiling and thickened, remove from heat.
4. Serve the grilled ribs with sauce.
